We chose the fastest and most cost effective solution for you. All orders will be shipped Priority Mail through USPS. Typical delivery times are expected within 2 – 3 business days after shipping. In some locations such as Hawaii, Alaska and our beloved rural areas, please expect an additional business day for delivery. Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

How To Return An Item

Simply contact us to return your item within 45 days of your purchase. We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

1. Please email info@thefacepharmacy.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

2. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return, the Return Merchandise Authorization number and the original receipt in your return package.

4. Your refund will be processed within 14 days. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
